A greenroof softens the view out of the bedroom onto a lush garden. In tight urban spaces, greening every surface possible becomes a challenge with immense satisfaction as things fill in. I come back to this property maybe once per year and am always in awe of how these tough, tough plants thrive and bring so much texture, softness, fragrance and color to hard, urban surfaces.
